Contribute
Contributions to Friends of James Roach can be made via check, credit card through Paypal, or through ActBlue. All contributors must agree to the following guidelines:
"This contribution is made from my personal funds and is not drawn on an account maintained by an incorporated entity. I am a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident and this contribution will not be reimbursed by another person. I am not a a federal contractor. I am 18 years of age or older."
Contributions to “Friends of James Roach” are NOT tax deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $5,000 per election cycle ($2,500 for the primary and $2,500 for the general). Qualified PACs may contribute $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. Federal election law requires political committees to use their best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle.
